Role: Design Lead — OECD (Paris)

I joined the OECD’s Global Relations and Cooperation division mid-migration, as the team moved off Canva (flagged as a cybersecurity risk) and onto Adobe Creative Cloud. Rather than just rebuilding what existed, I was given ownership of the transition: designing a full suite of branded templates for social media, internal decks, and external documents, and taking the lead on refreshing the division’s visual identity with an updated, more cohesive look.

This project shows the judgment to turn a technical migration into a genuine design upgrade, and the trust to lead a visual identity refresh inside an international institution.
